Identifying and satisfying customer needs better than the competition at a profit is the creative challenge of every organization. Bridging the gap from creativity to innovation; from good ideas to action that produces value is key to succeed in today’s world.
Mindful Innovation exists to help organizations maximize their human resource potential by creating cultures of innovation. We know there is unlimited creativity along with a wealth of untapped and underutilized human potential within every organization. Our focus and talent is utilizing FUNctional frameworks to define relevant problems, stimulate new ideas and create sustainable solutions.
Mindful Innovation designs and implements individual and collective leadership experiences that are interactive, multi-modal and collaborative. Our FUNctional Frameworks inspire and develop a culture of “mindful” innovation where individuals and teams get the tools and supports they need to be innovators and bring ideas, products, programs and processes into their work/the world that are needed and accepted to create the organization’s competitive advantage.

What I love about my work with Mindful Innovation is the opportunity to engage the natural creative potential that exists in all individuals and collectives. When we provide contexts that are safe, supportive, fun and engaging, where people can open, explore, challenge, connect, and grow each other within a culture of collaboration, the amazing resource of our unlimited human potential is realized…and everyone wins!

My passion is to help people see their dreams and feel in their bones that anything is possible. I have seen first hand the deep confidence and joy that happens when someone actually embodies what they want and makes it happen. This is what keeps me focused, grateful and happy beyond what I ever could have imagined.
