WHY TRUST?
THE ONE THING THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
There is one thing that is common to every individual, relationship, team, family, organization, nation, economy, and civilization throughout the world—one thing which, if removed, will destroy the most powerful government, the most successful business, the most thriving economy, the most influential leadership, the greatest friendship, the strongest character, the deepest love.
That one thing is trust
.
–Stephen M.R. Covey from The Speed of Trust
On August 6th from 10:45 to 1:00 Mindful Innovation, Inc. and 1000 Petals will host a FREE TRUST –ology Demonstration Experience at the Roseville Library, in the Community Room.
TRUST – ology is a framework and practices to explore and strengthen capability in four states of being that support individual and relational trust and provide a more effective way to navigate transition in the midst of change.
TRUST –ology builds relational trust by strengthening self trust and moving individuals to more effective states of being in relationship. By building capacity in the four states of being (Be present, Be open, Be clear, Be vulnerable) TRUST -ology bridges the KNOW-DO gap – the gap between what we KNOW (content), what we DO with what we know (practices and action).
TRUST –ology builds better outcomes through improved trust by helping people move from their current BE state to a more trusting BE state. When all individuals in a collective have high levels of self trust in the four states of being, they are more likely to trust each other and be perceived as trustworthy. When people can be together in more trusting states of being, creativity and innovation is enhanced and sustainable success is possible.
If you’re curious to explore the KNOW-DO Gap please join us on August 6th for an introductory session where you will have the opportunity to work on a personal change/challenge scenario. Please also feel free to invite others you think may be interested in the TRUST –ology Demo Experience.
The session will be held at the Roseville Library Community Room
Space is limited to 12 participants.
